Location: Salchidogo & Jean's Hamburgers, Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Position Type: 28 hours per week, 6 days per week
Compensation: Starting at $65 per hour + tips, paid weekly, with Prestaciones de Ley

Salchidogo & Jean's Hamburgers is looking for a friendly and proactive Closing Server to help us deliver an outstanding dining experience. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in making sure each guest feels welcome and well-served, while also supporting kitchen and cleaning duties. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to work in a fast-casual setting known for its creative, international-inspired flavors with a Mexican twist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments quickly and efficiently with our tablet-based POS system.
• Answer any questions about our menu items, giving customers recommendations and explaining our unique offerings.
• Assist with light food and takeout order preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
• Work as a team to keep everything running smoothly and ensure that each customer has a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience, ideally in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Friendly, proactive personality and excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to assist with various tasks, including light food prep and cleaning duties.
